We ship all orders within 3 business days from the date we receive your payment.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic and disruptions in international flights we can not give an estimate when your order will reach you.
This is why, if you need your order by a certain date, we suggest that you consider using a shipping service like Fedex, DHL or Aramex.
The shipping costs with these carriers are higher but their delivery timeframe these days is around 7-10 business days.
This is 4.25 meters (13' 9") piece of fabric from about 15 years ago. This fabric was in our storage of rare fabrics waiting for an idea to be turned into something. As of today we feel the best idea is to turn it to a jacket or a light coat. This is why the fabric is for sale looking for skillful hands who can appreciate the history of the fabric and turn it into a masterpiece.
Late Oscar de la Renta used this pattern in his 2005 collection. The ikat pattern was used for light coats and skirts. We have this fabric from around those times too. It could be a leftover fabric, we don't know for sure. One thing for sure - it came from the same artisan who made the ikat fabric for Oscar de la Renta - Rasul Mirzaahkmedov.
The fabric is referred to in Uzbekistan as atlas fabric. It was made in Fergana region of Uzbekistan which is known as a silk-making Mecca of Central Asia.
We usually sell fabrics by the yard or rather by the meter (1 yard = 0.91 m), but in this case we feel the whole fabric needs to be sold as one piece. This is why by clicking "Add to Cart" button, you are adding 4.25 meters (13' 9") of the fabric to your shopping cart.
The fabric has a stain. Please see images for measurements. All sales of "as is" fabrics are final.
